Yes. Faith Adorns offers free shipping on all orders over $100.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver may naturally develop tarnish over time, especially when exposed to air, moisture, perfume, lotion, or chlorine. This is a normal characteristic of sterling silver.
Can tarnished sterling silver be cleaned?
Yes. Light tarnish can often be gently buffed with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. Please avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and DIY cleaning methods, as these may damage the finish. For persistent tarnish or concerns about your piece, we recommend consulting a professional jeweler.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry dry, remove it before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying personal-care products, and store it in a closed pouch or jewelry box when not worn.

How do I request a return or exchange?
Email contact@faithadorns.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
